Worst wallet ive ever used

Worst wallet ive ever used, scratched all the writing off my cards and made them unusable, do not recommend.

The Ridge Wallet Cuts Holes in Pockets

The Ridge Wallet looks great, is very hard to use easily however and if you carry it in your back pocket, will wear a hole in your pocket amazingly fast! I ruined a new pair of jeans within a few days of carrying my Ridge.
I asked for a refund and was politely refused. Ridge support stated that the company recommends carrying the wallet in the front pocket. Unfortunately that fact is not CLEARLY stated in its promotional materials (which it should be!)
Don't buy this wallet. Save your money for something easier to use and that won't destroy your suit!

4.5 Months & have not received my order

4.5 Months and have not received my order.
I ordered this end of October 2020 to ensure it would arrive in time as Christmas Present for my husband. I understand that due to Covid there probably would be some delays but it's now Mid February. I contacted a sales rep 2 weeks ago and he confirmed that he has organised another one to be sent. I checked the tracking today and nothing has been updated which leads me to think that a replacement has yet to be sent. I'm also starting to worry that maybe this company may be a scam and I've just lost my money. Just based on the shipping and lack of physical contact number I DO NOT Recommend purchasing from this company as it is has been extremely frustrating wondering whether anyone will be getting back to me and whether I'd ever receive what I paid for.

I almost feel sorry for these guys…

I almost feel sorry for these guys after reading many reviews but I have to add my two stars. The product itself is cool looking at first but the reality is that it isn't very useful or functionl. It doesn't hold much at all, it is very awkward to try to get a card out and in general I feel it is way overpriced. I would say this should retail for around $5. (If it was buy one get one free, lol)
So yeah, like everyone else says, don't waste your money. ~sorry RidgeWallet.com

Fine product, delivery NIGHTMARE

I have no complaints about the quality of the product. That being said, receiving this product was a nightmare. I placed an order on 22/11/2020 which was dispatched 2 days later. On 17/12/20 I suddenly realised it had been a LONG time, so I messaged the company on Facebook. I got no reply, so I then emailed them with the same question (asking where my package was as the tracking number didn’t work). They replied to my email and my Facebook message saying 2 contradictory things, one message told me it should be delivered the next day and the other message told me it had been returned to the sender because I had refused the deliver, which I certainly hadn’t! Long story short, they claimed that I had refused delivery twice on 10/12 and again on 20/12 which just wasn’t true. As it took them 3 days to reply to any message with a bland apology and no solutions, I ended up having to contact the post office and beg them to hold it for me so I could collect it. It ended up taking over a month to arrive and I don’t care what they say, I simply do not believe that they tried to deliver it twice and were refused. A shame because the wallet I ordered is perfectly fine, but I wouldn’t order from them again.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Item has been listed as “pre-shipment” by USPS for over a week. Only customer service contact is by e-mail and a response takes 48 hours.

Supposed to receive it the day before…

Supposed to receive it the day before Thanksgiving for a gift for somebody on Thanksgiving haven’t received it yet they said they gave it to FedEx FedEx says they don’t have it I don’t know what the hell is going on but I’d like it resolved before I make a claim with my credit card company and get all my money back

Outstanding company

Outstanding company, honoured the lifetime guarantee. I bought the carbon fibre option with money strap and the inserts to stop people stealing my credit card details. The wallet is so sleek and smart, weighs next to nothing and I forget I’ve got it on me most of the time. To top it off, after 7 years of use, some of the screws came loose so I contacted the ridge, they honoured the lifetime warranty and sent me replacement screws along with a torq driver. Also, after me enquiring, they upgraded the wallet to have the money clip free of charge!! Can’t fault the product or the company. Outstanding

Great for comfort, but not the most efficient.

I purchased my Ridge Wallet 4 months ago now, the price is steep and they had just launched their canadian site so my discount code wouldn’t work. I almost didn’t buy but after a quick email to their support team I was given a code that would work on their new site for 10% off and I took the leap on the crushed carbon series wallet $175 CAD.
Shipping:
Shipping was free due to the price I believe, it arrived in less than 2 weeks which is good considering this was during Covid and I didn’t pay for expedited. Item arrived in tact and looked exactly like the pictures, the box was very cool and felt high quality. One down side is the wallet isn’t actually carbon... if it is the resin they are using is very cheap. Not a big deal it is still light but I wish they made that clear before I paid so much for a plastic wallet. It also had small chips on two of the edges, not the end of the world but once again for the price it makes me question where that money is going.
First uses:
I had to cut down on cards to use this wallet, which was quite therapeutic and totally worth it but if you buy this just be ready for that. Getting down to 12 cards was hard but I realized how many cars I don’t need. You would be surprised how many membership cards are useless and they can just use your phone number when you pay. Right away I also noticed how comfy this wallet is. No more sweaty bulge in my pants. Everything fits nicer and looks cleaner. It also doesn’t fall out which was a concern of mine for sure.
Long term:
After 4 months I’m very happy and wouldn’t go back. I will say day to day usage I’m much slower than before getting cards out and I have dropped all my cards twice now. But I’m getting better. I would buy this again but I would go The cheapest silver aluminum option.
Overall:
4/5 great overall experience, it did increase my quality of life. But it’s overpriced and not efficient.

I ordered a ridge wallet

I ordered a ridge wallet, when I received confirmation I realized that my address was wrong. I immediately sent a message to correct the address. No response, I then went to "cancel or change order" again no response. Shipping info says it will arrive tomorrow. USPS shows no info.
May file a complaint with state department of consumer affairs!
I finally got my wallet, it is fantastic. I did however have to go to my former address to pick it up. I tried to update my address within minutes of my original order. This could not be done even though post office didn't receive it for 2 days!

I ordered a wallet and they literally shipped me a shirt instead with no wallet in the package. Is this some type of sick joke?

I ordered a wallet for my husbands…

I ordered a wallet for my husbands birthday, my order was placed on 08/21/2020, supposedly “delivered” on 08/31/2020 but I have looked everywhere, waited, & asked neighbors. I have tried to contact customer service with no response. It is nearly 3 weeks after placing my order that I haven’t yet received a response. If I don’t get a response soon I’ll file a claim with my bank.
